How do I...
Stuck mid-task and can't remember where something lives? The How do I... button in the top navigation opens a quick question box. Type what you're trying to do, in your own words, and ORCA gives you a short answer plus a link to the relevant guide on this site.
Asking a question
- Click How do I... in the top-right of the navigation bar. On smaller screens it lives in your avatar menu instead, just below Help.
- Type your question as you'd say it out loud. "How do I add a field to my Leads section?" works better than keywords.
- Read the answer, then follow the link underneath if you want the detail. It reads Read the full guide when there's a page on exactly what you asked, and Browse the help docs when there isn't.
If you're not sure what to ask, the suggestion chips below the input are a good starting point.
Where the answers come from
Answers are generated from this documentation site, so they describe how ORCA actually works rather than a best guess. The answer is deliberately short, two or three sentences, because the full guide is always one click away.
If nothing here covers your question, ORCA says so plainly instead of answering from whatever pages came closest. A short "this isn't documented" is more use than a confident answer built out of the wrong three guides.
The assistant also knows how your account is set up. Ask about "my Deals section" and it answers in terms of your sections and fields, not generic ones.
What it's for (and not for)
How do I... is for questions about using ORCA. For questions about your data ("which companies did we meet last month?"), use AI Assist or the Reports builder instead. And if the answer doesn't get you unstuck, Feedback goes straight to a person.
