Your plan

If you started ORCA yourself at orca-crm.com/start, Settings > Your plan shows what you pay for and lets you change it. Accounts set up with the ORCA team see their billing under Billing & Subscription instead.

Plans and components

Plans go by the size of your team, never by the person. Each plan is for up to a number of active people, and adding someone within it costs nothing extra. Larger plans include one or more specialist components, always the most expensive of the ones you choose.

You can switch components on or off and see the new monthly price before you confirm. A component you already have keeps the price you agreed for it. When your team outgrows its plan, you're shown the next plan before anything changes.

All prices are before VAT. VAT is added on top at the standard rate and shown separately on every invoice. If your organisation has a VAT number, you can add it when you add your card.

The free month, and adding a card

Your ORCA opens with no card, and your free month starts that day. To carry on, add a card under Settings > Your plan by the date shown there (any time that day counts). It's on your dashboard too, and we email you three days before.

If your email address has had an ORCA free month before, there isn't a second one: the account opens read-only, and billing starts when you add a card.

Adding a card doesn't shorten the free month. Nothing is charged until the month ends, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.

If no card is added by the date, nothing is charged. Your account goes read-only instead: you can still see everything and take a full copy from Data Export, and adding a card puts it right.

Cancelling

Cancel the plan at the foot of the page. During the free month nothing is ever charged. After it, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. Your data stays yours: take a copy from Data Export first.
