Name, logo and colours

Admins can set how ORCA looks to everyone in their organisation under Settings > Name, logo and colours.

Name and logo

• Organisation name: shown at the top of the sidebar when there's no logo, and wherever ORCA names your organisation.
• Logo: a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 4MB. A wide logo with a transparent background works best on the sidebar's colour. Tick Show the name as text instead to keep a logo on file but show your name, or choose Remove the logo to take it off. A wide logo keeps its shape.

Colours

Start from one of the ready-made colour sets, or choose Your own colours and pick three:

• Sidebar: the band down the left. A darker colour reads best, since its text is white. You'll see a warning if it's too light.
• Main colour: buttons and links.
• Highlight: lines and small touches.

The preview shows the sidebar and a button as you go, before anything is saved. Save applies it for everyone.

If your colours were set up with the ORCA team and locked, the page says so. Write to hello@orca-crm.com to change them.
